Hello, My name is Eddie I am a male 53 yrs 506 weigh 200 lbs. I recently had my blood work fasting. Total 147 HDL 79 Triglycerides 65 LD 55. Glucose fasting is 82 . However I have a hard time keeping my weight down. I should be at around 175lbs for my height. I eat correctly and do cardio walk/run 6 days a week and strength train. I am a City Police Officer and don t want to become diabetic or high blood pressure any suggestions.
