How To Reduce Weight?

Hello, Doctor. I am in my teens and am a bit concerned about my developing body. I go to school and am surrounded by beautiful, fit friends that are athletically active. I always stare at them in awe, how do they find the time? I am barely 5 feet and am always the short one and never have time to be acyive. I REALLY want to be slim but also tall enough. I'm afraid that if I start a diet I might stunt my growth, but if I don't I'll become very chubby and fat. What do I do? I feel trapped!

take plenty of water,fresh fruits,dried fruits ,leafy veg,milk products,soya products.eggs,fish,meat.
avoid junk foods,juices,cola,coffee,juices.
do swimming & cycling.
take sound sleep, think positive.do not feel inferiority complex, take interest in studies.
discuss with parents,
consult your doctor for tablet orlistat,lorcaserin.
take care.
