Good night, I am Tania, im 20 I am Vegetarian. As I am 5´9 and actually 128 pounds. I want to loose 3 pounds..Because I want to be a model and my metabolism is very lenght... and I really don´t know what to do.. Based on your BMI (body mass index), you are at the very lowest limits of normal weight. Losing even 3 pounds will put you into the underweight category. This is not a healthy place to be. While I don't think you're anorexic, I am concerned you are heading in this direction. I understand your desire to be skinny, particularly if you want to be a model, but in actuality you are already skinny. You do not need to lose more weight. Being too skinny is bad for your health, and may aggravate your tendency to anemia. You would benefit more from toning your muscles. Good muscle tone will give you a thinner appearance that actually looks better than just loss of fat. Muscles also increase your metabolic rate. Hope this helps.
