Sir I am from orissa Ineed to lose my waight any suggestion from you, how to lose my waight.my age is 30 and my waight is 94kg.I am working in a pvt company in marketing sector in night time i am travelling in train or bus and on day time field visit.morning work,exercise etc is not possible for me. please advice me wht can I do?
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query. Your ideal weight is related to your height. You have not provided your height, so I cannot advise as to how many kilograms you should lose to reach your ideal weight. Your weight in kilograms divided by the square of your height in metres is called BMI. This should be below 25 normally and preferably below 23. You have to reduce your food and your food should be wholesome rich in vegetables and fruits. If you can reduce your daily intake of calories by 500, you would lose half a kilogram per week. You do not have time for formal exercise. Your exercise should be incorporated into your work. Do not use lifts and climb the stairs, walk to nearby places rather than taking an auto. If you have time, get off the bus a stop before your destination and walk. Also learn stress relieving measures so that you don't find relief for your stress in food.
