hello doctor i want to ask abt my weight ... i m 30 years old this month .and my weight is 70 kg. my height is 5'2 . My job is sitting job daily 8 hours by profession i m an Accountant . But you have to do it regularly. 2.Have healthy food habits - no spicy, junk and fatty foods. 3.Loads of salads and fruits multiple small portions. 4.Avoid big portions of food, avoid alcohol which has more calories. 5.You do it honestly for 2 months and you will realise yourself how much change. good luck.
