hello, good morning sir/mam i want to ask you, how to reduce weight fastly. i am 28 year old femal,my weight 81kg and height 5fit 4inch.i did heavy workout in gym and maintain properly diet continue till 5 month. but i did not get good result, i reduce only 2kg that time period.i suffer constipation problem.
Eat small, eat frequently. Do not starve. Avoid oily, fatty, sweet, bakery food stuff, junk food. Include vegetables, fruit in meals. Moderate exercise. A consultation to dietician is advisable.
