Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Acne can occur due to causes like :
-Clogged pores.
-Oily skin.
-Hormonal Imbalances.
-Bacterial infection.
-Inflammation
-Excess sun exposure etc.
In summers due to more sweat and stickiness there is more sticking of the dust to the skin and there is more of clogging of pores and more chances of infection of glands and skin leading to increased incidence of white heads, pimples and blackheads..
I would suggest you to wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply topical ointment containing Clindamycin and Benzoyl Peroxide..
Apply retinoids like Adapelene gel in thin layer on pimples at night time..
Do cool compresses over face..
Exfoliate your face twice a week to unclog the pores and remove dead skin..
You can also apply a sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You should wash your face multiple times a day with cold water as it keeps the face clean and fresh as well as shrinks the pores so that dirt accumulation is less..
Eat more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet..
Have plenty of fluids..
In case if still does not improve consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you Oral Medication like antibiotics like Clindamycin or Minocycline and retinoid like Isotretinoin .
Treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peels can also be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
