Hello,
You have a history of seborrheic
dermatitis, you should get it treated at the earliest.
Hair fall from seborrheic dermatitis is a rare case. Inflammation & aggressive scratching may affect the hair follicles & cause temporary hair loss. Do not scratch. Use Selsun shampoo (containing
selenium sulfide) regularly.
You can also use Nizoral A-D Anti-Dandruff Shampoo or Clinical Strength Dandruff and Seborrheic Dermatitis Shampoo. After shampoo use conditioner & keep your hair & scalp oiled with coconut oil or almond oil.
Take food rich in iron, zinc, calcium, protein & minerals. Take eggs, fish with omega 3 fatty acid, nuts, avocados, berries, amla, etc. Take
multivitamin supplements. Hair loss can be due to poor diet or a
nutritional deficiency, hair growth supplements may help. A well balanced diet will help you maintain overall health.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
