ymy menstrual cycle is been irregular for last 4-5 yrs specially in last 2 yrs. it dxnt com on tym can be 50,35,45 etc. nd smtyms thr x no bleedng bt jst clot. i dnt want to use contraceptv pills for it bcs of its sideffects. i already hv gained 5 kg due to my migrain course last yr. what to i do?
