How To Relieve Exhaustion And Nausea After Sun Exposure?
Today i was under the sun for an hour between 11:30 - 12:30, once I got up i felt very nauseous and following that i felt dizzy and everything went black. I have been trying to re-hydrate my self constantly, and have been lying down the whole day. I have also thrown up once, however still feel very weak.
It looks you have a sun stroke. Takes a bit time. Continue taking ORS- oral rehydration solution = Electral 1 packet in a liter of water.
If you are not getting confortable, You may need IV fluids and medical check-up to rule out any other medical problem. You have to undergo a proper clinical examination to be done by a Doctor who can catch many of the problems on your proper history and physical examination and can then guide for further investigations and treatment.
