How To Relieve High Fever With Hot And Cold Sensations And Ear Ache?

I am burning really hot, same time shivering and feeling cold. Head is cool but feel like I have high fever. Body is hurting and joints ache. Got ear ache. Sometimes nausea feeling. Been on antibiotic for 2 days now but still feeling bad unless I take paractomol

Hello dear,
Fever,chills,shivering,and nausea indicates an infection somewhere in the body.We have to find the site of infection,and treat accordingly.Possible sites from your description is either upper respiratory tract or urinary tract.Or,it can be a viral fever also.As you have not responded to given antibiotic,you have to see your doctor to get it changed or may need some investigations like urine routine examination/blood tests to see the exact cause.Meanwhile,take adequate bed rest and take light diet and plenty if fluids.
