I woke up with a strained groin and want to know the best way to fix it. I think I did it in the pool yesterday but I also walk approx 5ks every morning on a tread mill and increased the speed yesterday which may have been too fast. I tried to go on the treadmill this morning but i could not to the same speed. Is it best to rest and stretch? Thx
Hi, It seems that you got strain on thigh muscles giving this problem. Go for muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days. Give rest to the part. Ok and take care.
