Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Niraj Modi's Response
smoking is a cause for clotting in blood vessels again so i advise not to start once again. and to relieve stress i suggest spend as much time as possible with friends and family. and do regular yoga as well pranayama. do some regular exercise like walking and cycling and try to move your focus on health rather then on smoking. take care.
