I m girl of 17.. 5 feet, 57 kgs.. I strted going to gym, i have heard that after leaving the gym i may be start gaining weight.. So please suggest me what to do ? Should i continue going gym ? n what should i do to stay fit even after leaving gym ?? please help me !!
Hi...you can go for a jog in the morning or evening...use stairs instead of lifts...eat healthy, less of junk foods..can do skipping at your room...can even dance or swim...
