Is It Advisable To Work Out (gym) At The Age Of 16?

hello! i am saim and i am 16 years old.i want to know that is this a true age for joining a gym and after leaving the gym what should i have to do so that my body should remain good.please briefly tell me the answer i am scared that after leaving gym my body will not remain good.

Hello,
I appreciate that you are conscious about your body at the age of 16 only. I would like to ensure you that you can join gym at this age, but only under the guidance of a good trainer, because your bones are still in growing age till 18, so ideal age to join the gym is after 18, but you can join to increase your height and maintain your body weight.
I would also like to advise you to stay away from junk food and eat healthy food (high protein diet) and if you can not join gym, then also you must do regular walking.
After leaving gym, you will have to do some kind of exercise (Brisk walking, Pull ups, Push ups, Sit ups, etc.) to maintain the muscle tone, otherwise your muscles will become flabby.
