I am an RN in the state of PA. I have entered the ARD program and almost finished.I renewed my nursing license and was told to go the state voluntary recovery program which isn t voluntary at all. I went to an interview to determine if I have an alcohol problem. They wanted to send me for a PETH test of which we ran out of time. I feel this is a complete violation of my constitutional rights. I have 48 hours to comply. Unfortunately I work the next 4 days and the testing site is over 1.5 hours away. I drank this past weekend. Any suggestions to rid myself of the phosphatidyleethanol?
