How To Remove A Schwannoma Cyst On The Front Of The Shoulder?

about 4 years ago I had an op to remove a schwannoma cyst on the front of my shoulder. I hoped that this would remove the pain I was getting in the back of my shoulder - caused by the pressure on my suprascapular nerve. It didn't and I've been told that I've probably now got permanent damage to the nerve. I am now in constant 'dull' pain and I've noticed a weakening on that side and can see visible wasting of the muscle. Is there anything at all I can do to relieve the pain? I'm 53 years of age and in otherwise good health.
