Pain In Lower Neck And Shoulder, Scapula Crunches And Grinds While Moving, No Cure By Physical Therapy
Hi I have a pain in my trapezius/lower neck and around the shoulder , my scapula crunches and grinds when I move it and it feels as if my shoulder is jammed into my neck...won t go away with rest ice stretching or physical therapy I m 21 strong athletic and flexible but this crunching stuck pinching feeling won t go away ... Its gotten worse. how can I get rid of this?

as per ypur histroy i would like you to go some investigation like xray of the shoulder ap view and cervical spine view ap and lateral view , and along with this nerve conduction study of the suprascapular nerve and blood test like hb ,TLC, DLC , ESR and uric acid. wITH THIS REPORT YOU MEET the orthopaedics he would resolve your problem.
