How To Remove Apple Stuck In Throat?

I have bits of Apple stack in my throat after I throw up. It s been there for 2h now and it s painful. I don t know what to do. I had some bread to push it down and plenty of water but it s not helping. I am scared to go to sleep like this so I don t choke in my sleep. What can I do?

Hi! this is kind of medical emergency and you need to see an ENT specialist who can easily remove this with the help of a forceps within 2 minutes; please see ER ASAP or once you can try to put your fingers in the posterior pharyngeal wall to induce vomiting so that the apple bit can be ejected out....!
