How To Remove Bite Marks On Ankle And Knee?

I had leech bites on my feet and ankle almost one week ago while on a trekking trip. The area was swollen and very itchy and both my feet has a slight swelling now. The itchiness is persisting. There are bite marks on ankle and knee as well that is now reddened. Please suggest a remedy. Should i see a doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, the only matter of concern here is infection and it need to be ruled out and if found then need to be treated with "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for 5 days with anti-inflammatory drugs hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
