How To Remove Bump Around The Mouth?

I was punched on the mouth a few weeks ago. I obviously bled but now i have a bump that comes to a point. It s not painful but there is redness and its white at the point but theres no cut on or around the bump. How can i help it go away. I ve tried iceing it down but it was useless. HELP!

Hi,

Does the bump contain clear fluid? This might suggest a mucus retention cyst(saliva gets accumulated from rupture and blockage of small glands). If appeared following trauma at that site, we can wait for 1-2 weeks for resolution. But, usually this will recur and will need removal (under local anaesthesia) for definitive cure.
