You have dark patch on top of the nose & it makes you uncomfortable. You are suggested to stop touching the nose. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight when outdoors.
Use a good bleach cream from time to time. You can also use natural skin bleachers like milk, turmeric, gram flour, sandalwood powder, lemon juice. You can make a paste with the natural bleachers & apply it on your face at least two times a day.
You are suggested to visit a dermatologist, get clinically examined, you may be recommended Fraxellaser treatment or other treatments that may be suitable for your skin.
Even after skin treatment you will have to minimize exposure to the sun & care for the skin for best results.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
