My friend has a messed up toenail. The base is a normal pink color, but at the top of her toe it turns black and kinked off and grew to the right. It now is starting to poke her in her 2nd toe. Its really thick and the underneath near the end if rippled. Now she has toe more toenails growing out of the top on the sides by her cuticles. Any idea what could be wrong with it? We can t cut it because its so hard and think the clippers break and it causes her a lot of pain.
