General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and I understand your concern. Generally dust particle will be removed by washing with water. I would suggest to consult the ophthalmologist to assure that there is no any foreign body impact in the eye. Do not use moxixip eye drop as it is antibiotic. You do not require antibiotic.

Following advises will help you:

1. Wash eye by using eye wash spray. Then wash with Advanced Eye Relief Eye Wash.

2. Apply lubricating eye drops like Refresh.

3. Apply cold compression.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
