How To Remove Grease Lumps From All Over Body?

hi, I'm a 37 year old female that has been suffering from grease balls or grease lumps all over my body, especially my arms and face. It's terrible to walk around with these lumps and ball. It does hurt when I try to squeeze them out. Than I leave a permenate red mark or scare. What can I do to solve this issue. Any special liqiud or pills I can use.
