General & Family Physician, Dr. Amarnath's Response
welcome to hcm, large stones in the kidney can be removed by extracarporal shock wave lithotripsy. using laser the stones can be fragmented and the fragmented stones will pass through the urinary tract. there are ayurvedic medisines such as dystone and cystone it is proclaimed that they will prevent further formation of stones. use of banana trees water is also useful for preventing further formation of stones but the best thing i recommend is to do a extracarporal shock wave lithtripsy for him. hope this explains with regards Dr.Amarnath
