Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have the hpv strain that causes genital warts. My gynecologist wants me to go in for a second colposcopy, when after the first one they said the precancerous cell turned out to be a wart. I feel like there is a better way to get rid of the precancerous cells in the cervix so that I don t have to continue going through the same painful procedure every year and hopefully get rid of the hpv at least for now. Any advice?
