Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of red and yellow stains on the teeth caused due to chewing tobacco . Well it is very commnon problem among those ,who use tobacco . The stains cannot be removed overnight and can take a few weeks to reduce. You shoul brush your teeth daily with proper brushing technique and you should quit tobacco . Make a solution by mixing 1:1 concentration of hydrogen peroxide and water and rinses with it. Eat more of raw and hard foods like carrots, apples and other hard foods as it helps in cleaning tongue by friction. Also visit dentist for proper dental prophylaxis .
