Hi , after urinating I mop up my penis with toilet paper . yesterday while removing the little paper that gets stuck to my penis I accidentally scratched the head with my nails . within 2 hours it got red and bumpy . what should I use over the head of the penis now to make it better. NY

Hello,

It may be due to dermatitis.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

For itching you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Avoid sweating.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Avoid hot and humid environment
