How To Remove Solid Mass In Uterus?
Hi My uterus is antiverted,normal size (6.0*2.7*4.0cm).ET is 4.6 mm.cervix is normal.a large ill defined solid mass lesion measuring approx 37*27*22 mm is seenalong right posterior aspect of uterine. Could please advise how we remove this solid mass.
