Hello,

Scar is a sign of healed infection and it is not a sign of active disease. It will heal by itself and no treatment is available for accelerate the healing. If your sputum test is negative there won’t much be problem, you can produce a clearance note from a pulmonologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
