Hello and Welcome to HCM,
Thanks for writing to us.
Vitamin E, known for its healing qualities, helps nourish skin and fade
scars. Open a vitamin E capsule and apply gel directly to the scars twice a day until you see them start to fade, then apply once a day thereafter.
Eat foods rich in vitamin K. These are good for your skin because vitamin K helps heal and protect skin from wounds and scars.
Slice a fresh lemon and brush across your chicken-pox scars.
Coat chicken-pox scars liberally in honey once a day.
Rub raw garlic on your chicken-pox scars at night.
If your scars are new, rub sandalwood oil on them. Do this for a few months and you just might prevent your scar from setting in the first place.
If your scars are very old, rub coconut oil on them every morning.
Hope this helps you.
Wishing you good health...
Regards.
