How To Remove The Stain From Teeth Due To Use Of Tulsi And RMG?

I am a dentist in Clinton,MS and had a patient who uses Tulsi and RMG. His teeth in the area that he uses it have become very dis colored and appear to have a heavy orange-brown stain. Are there any products that will remove this stain or is it permanent?

Hi Friend! I commonly get a lot of patients here in india having Pan-masala stains. These stains often cover a lot of area of the teeth but these are thankfully very easy to remove.
You can do a good Scaling for this patients and will get good results.
Prophylaxis using sand-blaster also gives great results. If the patient is still not satisfied then either do office bleaching or advise home bleach for this patient. Please note that post treatment sensitivity is possible in such cases as there are lots of wears in the enamel. Prescribe Desensitizers in form of toothpastes, mouthwashes or Mousse
Good Luck!
