How To Remove White Patches Around The Lips And Cheeks?

Hi i am 23 yrs old..i am using melacare frm the past 2 weeks.but from the last 3 days i am geting burning sensation and some white patches have appeared around my lips and cheeks..hw can i get rid of it.my skin is burning a lot and red rashes have appeared.
