My son is 7 years old, wile playing he fall on his face . So there are wound marks on his face and nose., which looking very bad. Please guide me how to remove those marks from my sons face. I worried to used other medicines as he is just child, side reaction may spoil his face look.

You should exfoliate your face twice a week specially with non comedogenic exfoliant. If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper checkup and go for chemical peeling, microabrasion and dermabrasion as well. You should avoid use of any hard cosmetics on face. You should apply cream containing azelaic acid.
