How To Safely Remove Seed Stuck Inside The Throat?

My five year old has a sunflower seed sliver stuck in her throat. I can see it back where her tonsil is located. She has vomited several times and it will not come out. Also, she has eaten dinner as I thought she had already vomitted it up. After continuing to complain I looked inside her mouth I was able to see the sliver from the sunflower seed. What should I do to remove it? Will it eventually come out on its own? Do I need to take her to the doctor?

Please do not attempt to remove yourself as it can cause respiratory obstruction and bleeding due top injury which may be difficult to stop over there.
Instead visit a doctor especially ENT specialist for its removal immediately.
