How To Safely Withdraw Mirtazepine To Start Tranylcypromine?
Hi there,I am a long time depression sufferer and am currently on Mirtazepine 30mg at night. I feel I have had better results previously with Tranycypromine understand these are not safe together, but I am unsure how to taper from Mirtazepine to Tranylcypromine. Can you please advise?
