How To Speed Up Hair Growth?
I have been trying to grow my hair out for 7 years and it's only grown about an inch and a half in 7 years that can't be normal is it? I have tried everything ever home remedy taking care of my hair I almost never use heat I get regular dusting and I have a pretty good diet. I am all out of ideas I have gone so far into YouTube trying to find down thing I don't know it can be this hard to grow my hair. Is there something wrong with me? Help please

The avarage rate of human hair growth is 6 inches per year.Also is found a difference among races in the rate of hair growth.
Hair length is controlled by the length of the anagen phase of the hair follicle.How long this period last is determined by genetics but also by hormones and extreme stress.
The anagen phase for the hair on head is about2-7years.
Some people have anagen phase smaller and in very rare cases as small as the anagen phases of the hair of arms and legs(30-45 days).For these people the hair never grows naturally more than a few inches long.
However here are some tips to speed up your hair growth:
-healthy diet includin healthy protein sources like lean meat,fish,nuts,beans,eggs.
-get your hair trimmed between every 10-12 weeks
-try a deep re-moisturising pre-shampoo treatment.
-get a collagen type 1&3 suplement.
