How To Stabilize Low BP Level?

Hi... I'm a 35 year old woman and I'm 158cm tall and around 68kg... For quite some time, I've been having low pressure and just recently my pulse rate is also very low. As low as 40 per min. I've done ECG test and the doctor says that it's abnormal.
I was also admitted in the hospital for treadmill checkup. It was normal. But they have given me reference to heart specialist. A few days ago, I've been very dizzy and found out that I have vertigo. What do you think is my situation ? Do you have any suggestion on what I should do ?

Severity of condition needs to be assessed clinically.
Condition looks like unstable bradyarrhythmia( low heart rate with low bp), which need to be addressed immediately.
Mostly it is a heart block of varying degree.
All ur symptoms of dizziness or vertigo are secondary to it only.
Cause for low heart rate should be sort out n treated at earliest.
Please consult a cardiologist immediately.
