How To Stabilize The Cholesterol Count Which Has Come Down To 59?

I am 63 and was just in for my yearly check up with my Dr. I had blood work done and he said that my cholesterol count has come down to 59 with the use of medications, and that all looked good. He did notice that they could not get a blood pressure reading in my left arm.

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Sems that your antilipemiant treatment has worked. But regarding your 59 value, it need to be specified. Is it your LDL cholesterol level?? Lowering LDL below 100 mg/dl is mandatory when several coronaly risk factors are present.
Your absent blood pressure readings in the left arm need to be clarified. Is it any local blood circulation disturbances or any aortic arch problem??!! Medical check up (physical exam and additional imagine tests) would clarify that issue.
Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
