How To Stop Bleeding From The Rectum In A Person With Hemorrhoids?

my husband has been bleeding from his rectum for no reason as he is just standing and doing nothing when it starts. He has hemmroids but he has not been straining to go to the bathroom and he is on blood thinner meds. What is the best way to stop the bleeding as it is clotting pretty bad.

Hi.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Bleeding in your husband must also be linked to blood thinner medication, he is taking. Blood thinner medicines prevent platelet aggregation & prolong the bleeding time.
He Should press the area by a cotton swab & apply pressure. If it is bleeding heavily then you should consult your doctor, As severe loss of blood may be dangerous.

Hoping your query is solved
Good luck
