Hello, I have had a previous medical of blood clotting. I have about a week ago had a miscarriage and I was taken into hospital due to bleeding too much clots and lost a lot of blood. I've had the normal cramps. But I'm still having the cramps very bad and still bleeding very heavily, and still some clots not big though, but I've began to have a very hot temperature today and the cramps and bleeding are still bad and also now feeling very light headed

Hi,
As per your symptoms, it appears that you may have certain retained products of conception that need to be evacuated and an infection may have set in. So, in the present circumstances, the appropriate thing would be to manage the infection first through an antibiotic and once the infection is controlled, go for surgical evacuation under sonographic guidance; estimation of bleeding and clotting times is necessary. You would also need styptics to control bleeding. Please get immediate help from a specialist in a well equipped hospital. Hope this helps.
