I have a cut inside my penis peehole from my girlfriend her sharp nails went in while doing rough doggy style the emergency people said it will be ok up to 2 weeke but now it kind of stings and has a little but bit of white stuff comin out what is it and what should i do

This may be due infection of wound.
1. Azithromycin 500 mg per oral daily for 5 days
2. Apply Mupirocin ointment (T – Bact ointment) thrice daily for 5 days
3. Ibuprofen 600 mg per oral if you feel pain
4. Apply locally
5. Take syrup Alkasol or alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful thrice daily for 5 days
6. Drink 4 – 5 liter of water daily
7. Avoid sex until wound completely heals
