Hi Doc, I have discovered a peculiar habit in me of eating raw rice these days,it s been 3 weeks and I chew raw rice almost daily for about 100-200 grms.I know it is going to affect my health badly I have read its consequences also that It causes food poisoning & cancer but I just cant control my desire to stop eating it.It is just raw rice which I feel like chewing through out the day. need your assistance.
