General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
heavy menstrual blood flow could be related to hormonal imbalance or infection of genitourinary tract
since your ultrasound is normal which rules out the uterine cause of high blood flow

in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and hormonal and nutritional assessment
maintain good hygiene
have iron and multivitamin supplements

Hope this addresses your query please feel free to ask for further clarification if need be

wishing you good health and vitality
