How To Stop Irregular Menstruation And Ovary Pain?

I m havind sever pains in my ovaries I m 20 and have had my period since 11 but I started on 11/01/15 and now today which is the six I m having I lighter flow then I did just a few days ago which I should even be on my period anymore because my periods only last 4 days usually but I stopped bleeding yesterday so I thought it was over but today I started bleeding again so I inserted a tampon and not even 2 minutes after inserting the tampon I started having really bad pains in my waist and I m scared can you please tell me why I have never had this pain at the end of a period before.. Although I did just stop taking birth control 6 months ago (menastrin) can this just be me getting back to normal or could it be something more serious than that?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the uterine contraction (Dysmenorrhea) and may not be due to IUD or anything else but hormone changes could be the cause it is advisable to have "Mefenamic acid" as per needed, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
