How To Stop Kids From Losing Weight?
my 10 month ols daughter weighs almost 15 pounds and has been losing dramatic weight in her body and face. she is very small still fitting into 3 month old clothes. she eats quite a bit, but will not grow. her pediatrician does not pay attention to my concerns. My 4 year old is also losing weight also, and they are both starting to look very frail. I am so worried, any suggestions

hi it would have been even more helpful if you had mentioned the birth weight of your kids..definitely 15 lbs is low for a 10 months old but at the same time we have to give leverage for the weight when she is active and developmentally normal. But definitely if i were you are treating pediatrician i would have ruled out treatable causes like urinary tract infections and other causes of failure to thrive.
