How To Stop Loose Motions In A Baby?

The Hello.doctor my baby is 2.3 month and he is premature 34 week.He is having loose motion for the past 7 days (Yellowish/ Greenish & watery) 10 times approximately.I am giving him breast feeding.. And he also drop the milk after feeding. I consult the doctor he give him Bestomycin, gastica,Tufpro and Perinorm. After taking medicine 3 4 days he was ok .But now the condition is same again he pass the loose motion.. And his motion is like strike and spots.. Please i am worried, please let us know when can we expect loose motion to stop. Baby is active and normal. No other issues like fever ..

Hoping that your baby is not having any external feed, i want to suggest you that your taken medication course is incomplete.Please after taking advice from the paediatrician complete the medicine course with counting again as day 1 treatement.
