Sir i want to stop my hand practice.now im 19.i hand practice 4 to 5 times in a week.i m continuosly doing for more than 5 years.i cant contol it.i want to regin my health and regain my sperm sir.pls give me your tips to stop hand practice immediately
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand our concern. Hand practice is normal phenomenon. It does not cause any problems related to sexual performance later in life not would affect sperms and affect fertility. Hence you need not worry about it. Frequency of 4 to 5 times per week is little more. Since there are no medicines to decrease its frequency, it is better you make up your mind voluntarily to lessen it over a period of time. You can do meditation to keep your mind calm and healthy. In few months you should also gain good control of your mind. You may take help of psychological counselling, if necessary.
