How To Stop Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding While On Norethisterone?
I had bleeding for 45 days, post which I went to visit a gyn. She put me on Norethisterone for 28 days to regulate my periods. Initially after taking it my periods stopped, but then after continued usage of 21 days they started again and have still not stopped. Though the bleeding is not too heavy but still enough that I have to use sanitary napkin. Should I discontue the pill. I have to take it for 8 more days to complete the cycle of 28 days

I suggest you to complete the entire 28 day course. If the bleeding does not stop even after that, you can visit your gynecologist.
